  got an oil change, brake fluid flush, (w my own oil, filter, and brake fluid) and tire rotation for $171.52! in and out in less than 45mins!

  Title: Loyal Customer, But Shockingly Unhelpful Staff I have been a loyal customer of Kwik Kar Lube and Wash for years, especially using their car wash frequently. I sent my wife to the Sachse, TX location, and she was left stranded with our kids when her battery was completely dead in the bay. I was out of state and called for help. Instead of offering assistance, the staff told her she could do anything except buy a battery. This was around 6:30 PM, close to closing time, and our SUV is fairly new with a warranty at the dealership. If you are a real man, you step up to help a woman with children in a stressful situation — but this staff member seemed completely unhappy, unhelpful, and heartless. What should have been a simple service visit turned into a stressful ordeal for my family. I’ve always trusted Kwik Kar, but this visit was completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this location.

  I had one of the most disappointing experiences at Kwik Kar Lube. I came in for a simple inspection, and while I was there with my two children — a 1-year-old and a 7-year-old — my battery died. My husband was out of state for work and called the shop to ask for help, but the employee told him, “I can’t do anything except sell her a battery. She can call a tow truck.” This happened around 6:30 p.m., and they were closing at 7:00. What made the situation worse is that our SUV is newer and still under warranty through the Infiniti dealer, meaning we didn’t need to buy a new battery at all. I only needed a simple jump-start to make it home safely, but the employee refused to help and pressured me to purchase a new battery instead. I was left stranded with two small children, and in the end, I had no choice but to pay $286 for a battery I didn’t even plan to buy. This experience showed a complete lack of compassion and customer care. As a mother alone with young kids, I felt helpless and disappointed. I truly hope the management reviews this incident and reminds their employees that basic kindness and humanity are worth more than a sale.

  Everything went well and the staff was pleasant to work with, they discussed with me about my dirty cabin and engine air filter, which I declined, before they changed them. The only issue was the employee that drove my car from the shop to the front left my window down when it was raining.

  When I drove up Montreal walked up and immediately welcomed me and asked how he could assist me. All the staff in Kwik Kar #8135 was polite and professional. I went in for an oil change and they also assisted me with replacing old filters. Service was quick and they even let me use an online coupon. Will be returning!
