    The staff was crazy busy when I went to pick up my rental, at least 8 people in line. They were moving as fast as they possibly could and kept their cool and still attended every person as if we were the only one in the room. They were very professional, car was spotless and ready to go.

    My experience was in and out at pickup and drop off with no issues. If you are renting, read the print. Most times it is beyond their control.

    Avoid this place. When I returned it to this location an employee (kamryn short) came out with a circular device, and claimed there was hail damage. Keep in mind there was no hail or bad weather in the one day rental I had the car for. You can’t even see any damage with the naked eye. This is a complete scam.
