- KCKen Camp5 days ago5.0I would like to thank and lift up Kolby, one of the team members at the Royse City AutoZone. I live in Royse City and last night (1/8/26) my daughter's car was having issues and it was determined that it was a bad battery. Kolby came out to help us change the battery out. While this may seem like just something simple and a service they already provide, Kolby really made a difference and was extremely helpful. changing out a battery in most cars today is not like it was 20 years ago. Sometimes it's a tough job, especially if you don't have all the right tools. Kolby remained patient, cheerful, and determined to ensure he could help us - and did! He changed the battery out and then we noticed a bolt was missing from the support bar. He went inside and found a spare bolt that just happened to fit and ensured it matched properly before putting it on. The entire time he worked on our car, Kolby was professional, stayed focus on the task at hand, remained determined to help us change the battery out, and even made light of the situation with some humor. Kolby is a great employee and someone AutoZone should continue to invest in and build up - Nice Job Kolby - Thank you!
