  I took my company vehicle here a couple years ago to have an alarm and dash cam installed. Initially the experience was ok, but not spectacular. Most irritating was the having to order everything and waiting for it to come in before installation. Since that time everything has been working as it should, until about 2 weeks ago. The alarm started going off constantly for no reason. So I called to schedule an appointment and found they were bought out a year ago and this is their slow season, so they only have an installer on Saturdays. They did say they would fix it under warranty so I accepted that. The next day I noticed the dome light wasn’t coming on either. So Saturday comes, and the installer was working on other vehicles so he seemed rushed to deal with me. He snipped a wire that was supposedly going to allow me to arm the vehicle around that problem, but it still kept going off. He also said I need to get the light fixed first before he will look at the alarm. I was fine with that. At this point, I had asked both the installer and the representative inside about the possibility of a burnt out dome light causing this issue and I was told no. Took it to my mechanic for other issues and had them fix the light as well, and now the alarm is working just fine again! The dome light was burnt out and caused my issue, even though I was told it wouldn’t be the cause. Now, it works except that wire he snipped controls the parking lights so they are not working properly. When I called to bring it back in to have that fixed, they said their installer was not working today, so it would be another week. I don’t know what wire he cut, but since this is a company service vehicle, another week is too risky. Found another place with better customer service and availability.

  I have appointment and they make me to wait over an hour without any one working in my car, after that they said I can wait another hour or reschedule, very disappointing and waste my day

  Had a sub system swapped from my older car to my newer car. Car Toys did the original install but their new ownership didn't much care to help me out in the swap. Called TW and Moe was terrific. Good estimate, set the appt, even called back on an option to save a few bucks but same quality. Went in today. The sound and quality is higher than the original install. These guys are legit. Definitely recommended for all things car stuff. I had no idea they do so much either. Lots of options once I saw. I'll reach out to them for anything in the future. Thanks Moe and Team!

  The service was EXCELLENT and Moises, was very professional and nailed the jnstall...I have had 2 cars now 3 done by Tint world in rowlett and will continue to bring my cars here...thank you very much for the hard and amazing work performed
