  Whitney was absolutely fantastic to work with! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right tires for my needs and budget. She took the time to explain the differences between options without any pressure, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was her professionalism and honesty, you can tell she truly cares about customer satisfaction. The whole process was smooth and stress-free thanks to her expertise.   If I could give them a zero star I would. I came in for a simple brake and rotor change. The tech was checked off that he performed checks he didn’t and my caliper was broke which was causing the new rotors to burn. They did assure me he got wrote up for negligence In the 5 days my car was there the ordered the wrong part 5 times then my brake hose started leaking air. The regional manager never returned my call, the location manager stated he couldn’t help cause he was off. The only person that was helpful was Whitney. Please do not go for the cheaper option!   My second visit here and both times had outstanding professionalism and fast service. Nick assisted me this time and he was very clear, went through each issue(s) of my vehicle, and was transparent with reasonable pricing. I will definitely be back if another car issue arises!

  I went in to have my car aligned and had a great experience. Matthew and Nickolas took really good care of my vehicle, explained the issue clearly, and fixed the problem quickly. Everything drives straight and smooth now. Honest service, fair pricing, and very professional. I definitely recommend them and will be coming back for future work.

  Nickolas was amazing!! While driving home from work I noticed funny sound and feeling and my tires pressure sensors going crazy right in front of this tire shop. It was late just after closing and Nickolas was just locking up. Not only did he tuck my car safely away until the morning but he offered to drive me home safely all the way to Rockwall! Terrific pricing and amazing service! When I arrived the next morning 8 minutes after opening, they had it done! Definitely have a new place for our tires! Thank you so much!! Now just need to figure out who has it in for me!!
