I was in need of a tire change but enterprise had to approve the tire. Enterprise could take up to 2 hours to approve or decline this request! Want me to wait in a lobby for 2 hours its insane. Tried to contact for assistance to rapid the process and I was told a 68 dollar fee would be added at the end of the rental for the assistance transfer! Im upset and frustrated ive also requested an suv upgrade and haven't heard from them for over 2 weeks! I cant wait for this nightmare to be over and I will never deal with enterprise again! (UPDATE) No spare tire so its unfortunate they will supply with a car but no tools for an emergency!

The service at the Rowlett office was impeccable. The young man who handed me the van was incredibly friendly, and the Layton office, with its contactless return system on Sundays, was excellent. I was worried about potential fraudulent charges since I wasn't present during the return, but there were no problems whatsoever. I received my deposit refund in less than 24 hours. I highly recommend them.
