- LLLuisJan 2, 20261.0I arrived at this Enterprise location over 30 minutes ago, and the experience has been very disappointing. The office has very limited seating—only about three chairs for the number of customers waiting to rent a vehicle, which is quite uncomfortable. The service is extremely slow and unprofessional. Even though there are three employees working, the process moves at a very slow pace and lacks urgency and organization. The phones keep ringing constantly, the staff is often not at the front desk assisting customers, and something as simple as renting a car takes far too long. Overall, this feels like a lack of respect for the customer’s time and does not meet the standards expected from a company like Enterprise.

Don’t know if the have available cars or not. Want to up charge you for a more expensive car when they don’t have the smaller cheaper car available as if it’s your fault they have to upgrade you. Took all day dealing with Rockwall when Rowlett and Greenville took care of business in 10 minutes. Enterprise is great if you stay away from thee Ed Rockwall location.

- OOOliverNov 19, 20252.0Had a reservation for 1pm. Got a call the day before telling me if I came at that time, the doors would be locked and I need to get there between 12 and 12:30. Arrived at 12:15 and still had to wait until after 1:45 to leave with a car. The car ended up with a car reeking of cigarette smoke. The staff said they typically clean to get rid of the smell, but didn’t have time so they passed the problem on to the customer. Only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the girl working the front desk was working hard and doing everything she could.

If you are in the South Garland or Rowlett area, seek out this location. It is not on a main thoroughfare but it's easy to find and they usually always have vehicles.
