  AutoZone & Mike M: Some people talk about their values. Mike M lives them — quietly, through action and poise. Patient, exacting, kind, and straightforward, he brings that same character to how he trains his staff. As a fourth-generation teacher, I know good instruction when I see it. He has it. And of course, I always walk out with exactly what I came for.

  Had a terrible experience. After noticing my rear tail light is out i go to autozone when my phone died. I asked the employee to walk with me outside to look at the light i needed since i didn't have my phone to look up the model needed. The first employee simply denied that I needed a new light. The second employee sold me the wrong bulbs. I now have a ticket for out rear light. Thanks autozone!

  Took my car here when the engine light came on. Asked them to use a code reader on my car. They did and gave me the code. I looked up the code with chatgpt and was able to buy what I needed from Autozone to fix the problem. I'm very happy with their customer service.
