I've been getting my inspections done on all my cars here for years. The service is nice and quick, and the waiting area is pleasant. They make the experience as nice as possible!

I have been going here for several years now, and I have always been very pleased with their customer service. I even refer them to friends and family looking for a shop. But this past weekend has changed my view. My son and I rushed over after his game around 3:30, because he needed an oil change before heading out of town to Port A for their break. When I go there, I asked the gentleman, who has always been nice to me if I could get an oil change, and he said no that after the 2 cars that were already being worked on were done, he was closing up. I proceeded to see if he would make an exception for my 17-year-old since he was going out of town, but I couldn't even finish asking without him abruptly and rudely interrupting me just to repeat that no he can't. I was a bit caught off guard because he has always been kind to me, but not this time. Even if he would have listened to me, and then kindly told me he was sorry but needed to close and wouldn't be able to, that would have sufficed for me. It isn't about the fact that he turned me away, it is just that the customer service could have been better in this situation, and had it been I would still continue to do service there, but unfortunately, I will be finding another shop to take my family's business to.

I’ve been bringing my vehicles for years here for oil changes. They have always been honest and reliable. The cost of the oil change is as much as the dealership now. Also, after leaving there, my heads up display, seats, mph reset to km and other settings had to be reset. Not sure why they would need to scan my car to change the oil. Also, I went to get a tire checked yesterday and all my tires have been overinflated by 8 or so pounds. So whoever performed my service needs to not be working with cars. So disappointed. The manager or older gentleman is so nice and I’ve seen him there for years, but I won’t be taking this vehicle back there again.

Right from the beginning I could feel the Hispanic guy wasn't going to provide good customer service based on his unfriendly demeanor. Didn't greet my husband. He asked for our insurance card, then said "I'll take it from here". Once he started the car he could not miss that the check engine light was on. He completed the diagnostics, then motioned for us to go inside. He then said "you failed because your check engine light is on, it will be $11.50, here is why it's on(pointing to the paper) and you have 15 days to return". He basically charged me for nothing. He could have told me once he saw the light on that I wouldn't pass. Instead he went ahead to charge me the $11.50. My biggest issue is his lack of customer service, and communication skills. I know these are two hard qualities to teach, but anyone dealing with the public should have the common sense that being friendly and cordial goes a long way if you want customers to return. I will fix my coil and waste the $11.50 he charged me because I will take my business elsewhere for a state inspection that has better customer service. By the way, last year this place passed my car for the inspection and the check engine light was on. Makes me wonder how legit they are.
