  love this place! their Titanium wash is amazing!! definitely look into their membership plans if you wash your car more than twice a month, so worth it

  Almost 2 months ago I signed up for a membership at the S IH 35 location. I just moved here and am used to car washes registering your license plate.. this place wanted me to put a sticker on my car. I asked the gentlemen if I could put it on the inside of my car and then just show it when I arrive since I don’t want tacky stickers on my nice car. He was polite and said it would be ok, i recently went to this location in Round rock which was so horrible. The manager walked up to my door as I was at the entrance waiting to be pulled through the wash. She was very aggressive, told me I needed the sticker on my car. I told her the other location told me it was ok, she got agitated and started aggressively questioning me, and told me it had to be on my car or else. I politely said that’s ok I can go to the dozens of other car washes in the area, and I would be more than happy to leave upon refund of my monthly membership and I would back out of the car wash. She was increasingly defensive and upset and told me that I shouldn’t inconvenience the other people in the car wash and she’ll put me through and refund my membership. At the end of the car wash I wanted to give her an invite to church and let her know I was sorry for the bad morning she was having, she proceeded to inform me (cheerfully I might add) that they promptly fired the nice man who helped me at the other location (which is so unfortunate and not my business) I did tell her that was inappropriate, she proceeded to yell at me telling me I was rude first (I am still in my car and she is yelling into my window).. I drove away so disregulated.. I was not expecting this huge conflict for something like a car wash… Anyway, I’m happy I got a free car wash and my money refunded and I’ve already signed up with another car wash membership at a location with much better vibes… I am leaving this review because I really think it’s not ok for a manager to treat customers this way and she needs to be talked to.

  Decided on a whim to try them out today and I’m glad I did! They’re cheaper than most with excellent service. The workers were incredibly kind. Michael was very personable and made sure I understood all the services offered and wasn’t pushy about upselling like other places are. When I pulled up to the entrance of the wash, the lady there asked about my day and complemented my car before leading me into the wash. My car is clean and well dried, ready to roll! And the free vacuums are always a plus!!
