- JLJavier LopezMar 9, 20261.0Hate to do this, but hopefully it will help someone out. Brought in my company vehicle for an oil change and wheel rotation. Mechanic came over and said my brakes were worn and should be replaced. 40k miles. Never had brakes wear that quickly, but it’s a company vehicle so I figured what would it hurt. Shop couldn’t get my vehicle out of maintenance mode for 2 days. I called and showed up several times and each time they’d say something like it will be resolved in the next 30 minutes, then hours pass by and no update. Finally, they called me after they’d closed for the day and said it was resolved, that I could pick up my vehicle the following day… Picked up my truck the next morning, and now my truck shakes violently whenever I apply the brakes. Truck was fine when I brought it in, new truck. Brakes are shot now. Anyways, dropped it off at the dealership the following Monday morning and asked them to correct this and do a once over to make sure they didn’t damage anything else. I’d avoid this place at all costs. While sitting in their lobby, there was a line of customers asking for things and the answers were always vague. Lots of upselling but under delivering.
