  I’ve taken my F150, my wife’s Dodge Charger and my Ford Mustang. Every time I visit the staff is laidback, informative and friendly. I’ll continue to bring my vehicles due to their professionalism and dedication to ensure my vehicles see longevity.

  Valvoline, my preferred oil change service provider, has experienced a decline in the quality of its services. Recently, I visited a Valvoline location for an oil change and noticed an undercarriage plastic cover dangling after driving a short distance and parking. Upon examining the cover, I discovered that it had been removed during the oil change process, resulting in oil spillage. This incident is unprecedented and has left me somewhat disappointed, as I have always had a positive experience with Valvoline. Upon addressing the issue and fixing it, I observed that my paint had been smeared with oil from the pumping process. I believe that no customer’s vehicle should be handled carelessly. I urge Valvoline to review this matter and take appropriate measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. While I value your service, this particular experience has prompted me to reconsider my future visits.

  Valvoline, a place I have gone to regularly since 2014 for just about every form of maintenance over a dealership will no longer be getting any business from me because of this location due to the absolutely disgusting interaction I had with staff including the location manager (or so he stated to be). From rifling through my vehicle without consent, to scam services with fake expensive up charges, and intentionally bending the bar that holds up my hood after I raised a complaint. This location will scam you, damage your property, and if you say anything will threaten to have you trespassed off the property even if services already paid for have not been completed without the expectation of a refund. Needless to say, I hope their business goes under for thinking this was acceptable in any way shape or form and please save yourself the hassle and either don’t shop Valvoline or at the very least do yourself a favor and just go to a different location, they are everywhere. There is so much more that happened during my time there, but I don’t ever leave reviews, and this has already been enough effort to try and save some other unsuspecting people from the experience I had.
