    Ethan was awesome, as a girl I appreciate how he explained everything clearly. For the first time ever I understood exactly what my car needed to get done. Keep up the excellent service !

    The staff was fast, friendly and did a great job. They did offer additional services, but I don’t ever do the additional services. They weren’t pushy about it and gave good info to consider. I will definitely return and use this location again. Great crew!

    I usually come to Valvoline because it’s quick and convenient, but this visit was really disappointing. The staff seemed unknowable and not very attentive. I didn’t feel like they took the time to explain what they were doing or check everything properly. I had to say something in order to get the attention of the person that seemed more knowledgeable. I left unsure if everything was even done right. I appreciate fast service, but it shouldn’t come at the cost of quality or communication.

    I arrived before 8:00. Doors opened a few minutes before 8:00 and I was ushered in. Great! I wanted just an oil change. The initial person took the vehicle information etc. He quoted the initial price ($100.+) ( I had never been to this new store yet), and started the process, The next person took over and quickly went into SALES MODE after confirming the synthetic oil change price. He immediately then offered differential change price to which I said "No Thanks, I want just an oil change" He started, "Well it's recommended for this vehicle" ( I have 36,000 miles), again I politely said, "Please, I only want the oil change today". He continued: "We also have....". I stopped him. I should only have to say that "I only want an oil change" ONCE, not repeatedly. Believe it or not, he then started to ask me about air and cabin filters... I just gave him a look. He was visibly annoyed, as was I now. You got me for $99.00. It would have been more because he was not going to accept the $15.00 digital coupon YOU SENT ME earlier this morning. As I wrote, You got me for $99.00, but that will be it. I WILL NOT BE BACK to Valvoline again. Too bad, because I also manage a corporate fleet of vehicles. I refuse to do the high pressure sales bullshit.
