I'm thankful that Athena filled me on the military discount that is offered. She updated my info in the system, which was still tied to the previous owner of the vehicle. The oil change reminder sticker that they gave me says to come back in 3,000 miles, but kudos to Athena and the team to say, "look, our sticker says 3,000 miles by default, buy your vehicle manufacturer recommends 10,000 miles." That's just the kind of guidance that helps build trust in a business.
