I called for a question about my 2019 Mustang GT's oil plug (because its different than a usual car) after the conversation had ended they had called me back almost immediately and they suggested I buy one prior to getting the oil changed just in case. No oil place have I ever been to cares about their customers that much. That one little phone call back meant a lot to me! I will definitely be using them from here on out 😃
