- DDDee6 days ago1.0Having to pay $600+ to Nissan a week after an oil change here because the oil pan needs to be replaced (it leaked on to my garage floor) and they didn’t secure the undercarriage plastic cover so it got damaged while driving. Their franchise owner is giving out an e-mail, & when that e-mail is contacted, they said they can’t help because they are corporate and can’t help with franchises. I also had to take off work for a day, so consider that more money out. Their response is once again the same e-mail that doesn’t actually go to them and won’t go to them since they are a franchise. Unhelpful and just avoiding taking responsibility or hearing complains.

- BEBraden EllisonOct 24, 20251.0I went here for an oil change 10/13/2025. When I arrived there was 2 employees. The employee who was under the vehicles changing the oil seemed drunk or high or both. The other employee asked if “he was faded”. The other employee replied he was just tired. I should have just left here but my vehicle has 200k miles and I don’t plan to keep it long. Fast forward a week and my oil filter is dripping oil everywhere. Took it to my normal shop and they said the previous oil change was not done properly and the filter was incorrectly installed. Do yourself a favor and avoid.
