- HJHezekiah Johnson3 days ago5.0Brought my 2000 Dodge Ram 1500 in for lower control arms w/ ball joints, front shocks, 2" front level and an alignment. Was able to have them look at everything after work one day and they gave me a good estimate within 30 or so minutes. When I finally bring my truck up they knock it out as fast as they could with an old truck and siezed parts and stayed very professional and kind through it. Letting me know when it was finished, giving me updates when asked and addressing issues. I had a sensor brake from age and rust that snapped while doing normal work and they handled it more than professional, looking for a replacement and covering costs. Brennan is the guy I had help me through the process, info and communication and I can't say enough good about him that I experienced. Got along right off the bat and knew he was a cool dude from the start all the way through it. Definitely the GOAT, thank you Brennan. Amazing job guys, definitely coming back for stuff I don't have the tools for or don't feel like doing haha!

They have the best prices on any routine maintenance, and they don’t sell you anything you don't need or do work without talking to you first. They’ll even give you quotes on upcoming maintenance needs so you know what type of work you might need done and you can prepare for it. The waiting room at the round rock location is great with comfy recliners and free coffee. I drive there from central Austin cause it’s worth the extra time and gas to go to a place you can trust.

Recently I took my Expedition in for transmission service , rear brakes and a water pump replacement. All work was completed in 24 hours, as promised. The dealership in CA, where I was staying this summer, wanted 5 days and more than twice the price. No way!. So I managed the car home safely and went straight to RUSH. RUSH service is always super friendly and no BS. I've stopped in a few times for an engine light on or just an opinion. They always check it out and if it's an easy fix they just take care of it without a charge. The highest compliment I can pay them, besides their skilled and friendly service, is that they are the most honest and user friendly auto repair shop I have ever used. Take you car's troubles to RUSH and rest easy.

So I took it to Rush to replace the battery. They did a lot of testing and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost. Also changed the oil. From now on, I'm taking my car to Rush.

Impressed with the comfy chairs, even fell asleep. I think the only thing their missing is beverages and snacks, I think I just found my new mechanic shop.
