  I have an old 1995 Toyota Corolla. It is my transportation car. I had an unusual noise happen in the left front of the car. The mechanics at Rush Automotive did a great job of discovering the cause of the noise, and they repaired it perfectly. Now the car runs great. The mechanics at Rush Automotive have always done excellent repairs for me.

  I have been coming to rush automotive off and on for a few years. My experience has always been great. The team is always nice, straightforward , and honest about the repairs I've needed. They will try to save you money if possible , and only repair what you need and not try to tell you that you need unnecessary repairs. They have repaired CV joints, wheel axles, serpentine belts, and many other repairs. I've always been happy with all my repairs at Rush Auto and I highly recommend them

  I took my 2015 Subaru BRZ to Rush Automotive and once again had an outstanding experience. Not only did they correctly diagnose and find both areas with the bad bushings, but they replaced them professionally and thoroughly. Since they needed to keep my car overnight, they even had someone drive me home — that level of customer service is rare and truly appreciated. They also have a great system in place for after-hours pickup, and I was able to easily retrieve my key that the team securely left for me overnight. It made the whole process incredibly convenient. Codee was great at keeping me up to date every step of the way, which gave me complete peace of mind throughout the process. Because of my past great experiences with them, I had full confidence they would take care of my Subaru, and they absolutely delivered. Honest, thorough, and genuinely customer-focused. Highly recommend Rush Automotive!

  Rush is absolutely amazing; they go above and beyond for their customers! We brought my daughter’s car in for an emissions issue and they got us in that day. They were going to fix the issue that day, but there was an issue with the part that was sent (not their fault). It ended up being way more and Jason scrambled to find one at a lower price. He succeeded!! We had to wait for a few days to set up finances, but when we got back, they got us in ASAP and gave us a ride home. They even picked us up when it was ready!!!! I will never go to anyone else! They are honest, helpful, and kind. Definitely go see Rush Automotive! PS- this is the 3rd time we have been there for our cars. I believe I wrote another review for the 1st time, too. They walked over to the gas station next door when my car died in the parking lot. Had 3 guys look at it there and then PUSHED my car to the bay!!!! Talk about amazing customer service!!!!

  To preface let me just say I'll be coming here for all car repairs/issues/maintenance in the future despite living 10ish miles south and I already recommended them to all my friends/family/coworkers. I was referred here after getting some seized/broken lug nut studs while getting new tires at discount tire (no shade to DT it's a common subaru thing apparently and DT paid for the repair). I asked them to check out a few other things including my battery because it had been starting up slower for a while, turns out it was on its last leg so I ended up getting a new battery too (very fair price btw and they were not pushy at all on me getting it there, told me I'm the boss) and a free oil change I had a coupon/voucher for. Later that day I was stranded in a parking lot 8+ miles away due to my car not starting up (would crank/start then shut down). Not knowing what to do I called the shop in a panic to see if they knew what the issue could be and what I should do since I had just gotten the new battery there. I'm a young female with bad anxiety who knows next to nothing about cars. 2 of the mechanics (I believe one was a manager but I don't remember their names I wish I did though!!!) basically dropped everything and DROVE ALL THE WAY DOWN THERE themselves to help me. Turned out it needed a fix done that they could only do with equipment at the shop; and it had also started driving really poorly/weirdly (losing power every few seconds and lurching forward) so one of them LITERALLY drove it for me himself up to the shop during mopac rush hour while I followed with the other guy. Whole time they were two of the nicest guys i've ever talked to. Treated me like a family member. I have insane anxiety about car issues due to scary experiences with cars breaking down in the past and they completely calmed my anxiety and saved me that day. I could be explaining wrong but from my understanding, it needed a relearn procedure after the battery change combined with having a gunked up/clogged combustion chamber (this situation was going to happen with whoever changed my battery next, it wasn't anything they did wrong for the record). They got it fixed at no charge that evening even staying a little past closing time. It's been a little over a week and ever since it has driven smoother than it ever has since I got the car a few years ago. TL;DR hands down best customer service and diagnostic knowledge and kindness I've ever experienced at any mechanic shop. Still can't believe they did all of that for me. And it's absolutely worth the drive too if you don't live in round rock. I can't thank you enough Rush Automotive and especially the two guys who saved me that day!!!!
