They stepped into my car and left oil all over the carpet, the headrest, the shifter and steering wheel. No consideration whatsoever. I had to ask for towels to clean up all the oil, and they didn't want to give me a paper floor mat. Oil is cheap, but I had to check their work after because they were very sloppy. I personally will never come to this shop again. Went to Valvoline on 45 and i35, completely better professionalism, quicker service and much more personable.
