    I've always had great service here, but today I came in for an oil change and I requested an oil that I prefer to use that the technicians said wasn't recommended for my car (10w30 vs 5w30). After back and forth, they then said that they didn't carry the 10w30, which I thought was a common oil, but maybe I'm just a stupid girl, and would have to order it, even though I have had my oil changed at this location with that requested oil multiple times before.

    Just did a walk-in and got setup with tech Reed, for the alignment. I was treated very fairly and above board, and very quick turn-around. I would recommend.

    Little side story about this NTB several years ago when my car broke down on the off ramp on I35 in Round Rock there was no way my 10 year old son and Ai could gotten out of the car to push it because of the heavy traffic coming off the off ramp and the feeder road. Then the guys from NTB came over too our car blocked traffic and pushed it to their shop to safety. I will never forget their help and kindness. God Blessed us that day with awesome people. God Bless them every day.
