  I had a 10:30 reservation at this location. I arrived at 10:40 and waited in line until 10:52. Even after waiting for almost 15 minutes, the Checkin in was fairly quick and the woman at the counter was sweet. She told me to sit down and wait for an agent to bring the car. I sat and waited and noticed 2 people that checked in after me was being helped to their rental. I got back in line at 11:52, which would have been 1 full hour waiting. Of course as the woman at the counter saw me waiting in the line, she told the agent to help me next. Again, the agent was super nice but at this point I am more than an hour behind schedule. The agent comes back and let me know they have a car pulled up, but it doesn’t have any gas…. My options were to wait for her to go to the gas station and fill the car up or just return it on the same level of empty and get gas myself. Not only have I waiting an hour, I now have to either wait another 10+ minutes or inconveniently stop and get gas myself. I chose to fill the car up myself since I was already an hour behind schedule. I finally left the Enterprise lot at 12:05 from a 10:30 reservation. The people were sweet with excellent customer service, but the check in process is not efficient and it should not take an hour plus for someone to get their vehicle in which the reservation and check in process was done online. Also to add, I returned a vehicle to this location back in October which took 45 minutes to complete the return process, and I thought it was just a busy day for them then. But no, the process is still unnecessarily slow.

  After calling Enterprise Round Rock on Mays, at 430pm ct and holding 45minutes I was disconnected. When I called again I was put on hold again for 15 minutes. Finally, not answered but I disconnected with a message it was after hours. Never had this experience at Hertz, Avis, Dollar or Budget. There are plenty of other options to choose from the service is pathetic like this.

  It gets a 2 because of Molly, otherwise it would have been 0. Ask for her or Sereeda. The rest dont seem like they know what they are doing, or keep the promises they make. This is the Round Rock location. 2121 N Mays Street. Send me a number I will contact but I've wasted enough time with Enterprise. You have 2 gems in the people I mentioned.

  Was in a wreck and got rental from this enterprise. Both times I was there, they were shockingly busy but thankfully, I had my new homie April. She got me in and out of there quickly when I picked up the rental and she remembered me when I dropped it off. Y’all need to give her a raise she is exceptional. Oh yeah, The car was good too. Sorry if this reposts, it took me here from the enterprise review email.

  I had one of the worst experiences at the Enterprise location in Round Rock. I ended up waiting for over an hour and a half just to be helped, with no updates or proper communication from the staff. Very disorganized and extremely slow service. For a company known for customer service, this was really disappointing. I hope they improve their process so customers don’t have to waste their entire afternoon just waiting.
