We had a few issues during our trip over the holidays, with one resulting in the need for a new vehicle. The corporate (not local branch) Enterprise support failed to coordinate services and vehicle replacements, but the employees we dealt with at the branch offices (including this one) were fantastic. I'm certain that this location was understaffed during the holidays, which led to some delays, and long wait times for support, but kudos to the employees like Karriann for keeping their composure, and delivering real customer service.

When returning the vehicle back on Saturday morning they didnt open till 9:00 am. I got hit with an 18.00 charge extra. I thought it was within the 30 minutes or so. What should have happened was as they shouldn't have rented the car to me until 9: 00am. if I can't bring it back until 9: 00am on Saturday. I I consider myself a really good customer I'll probably rented 30 cars in the last few years from here.Kinda disappointed 😞
