- RHRobin HowardDec 24, 20251.0Please consider another location or other services I had an appointment for brake and rotor replacement and arrived on time, but the waiting area was crowded. I checked in and was told by the owner it would be about a 45-minute wait. When I started on paperwork, I calmly repeated to the manager exactly what the owner had told me, the owner suddenly became extremely angry, yelled at me in front of other customers, and told me to get out of the shop. I did nothing but repeat his word—there was no provocation at all. I felt completely disrespected as a new customer and left. Be very careful dealing with the owner; he is moody, extremely rude, and unprofessional. Not to mention he tries to upsell customers to a great extent, especially senior citizens.

Their time estimates on how long it took for my car to get done were accurate.

The staff was incredibly helpful, and Brad did an amazing job locating the issues with my vehicle and repairing it while also giving me a heads up on any future issues that may arise with the car. Will definitely be visiting again!

They showed me what needed fixing, priced it out and were very knowledgeable about the repairs needed. No pressure to get repairs the same day. I really appreciate that they were super cool with my 3 year old in tow. They even gave him coloring pages and crayons to get him through our time there gracefully. He felt right at home! 5 stars all around!
