The manager there (Grey shirt) had no clue how to perform the swap, made excuses to make us go elsewhere, took no initiative to help us even though there was no one else in the store. Worthless. I wish I got his name. Older Caucasian gentleman with glasses, heavy set. Def felt like he didnt want to help us. This employee kept telling me that commercial accounts closes at 4pm and that we were late and should come back at 1200 tomorrow to get the issue resolved. He showed no initiative to help us. When we left he came out to have a smoke. Seriously? You couldn't take a few moments to help us by calling a store, but u have time to stand outside and smoke, while we were trying to figure it out?? So unprofessional. I landed up called a neighboring autozone store and the employee there was so courteous and professional. We landed up doing the battery swap there.
