  Wow. These folks have it figured out. First off, the quality of work is top notch. Second, the level of service was impeccable. Third, communication may be the best I’ve ever received from any company. If I could rate them higher than 5 stars I would. They truly deserve it.

  I had to get a repair done for my car. I was so scared about finding the right place to do the work the best. Sean assisted me and assured me that these guys were the best at what they do and that they could handle the job. I trusted in what he had said and wow, all I can say is they went above and beyond my expectations. From the Professionalism and courtesy of the staff. Moses and his team really made me feel special. I dropped off my car and from that moment on I got if not daily updates automatically sent to my phone, letting me know that my car was being processed every step of the way and approximately how many days left it had on it and of course they beat the date that they told me my car would be ready. I was so excited to pick it up Earlier than expected. And wow when I got it, I was amazed. I couldn’t believe that was my beautiful car all fixed up like nothing ever happened. The work was done perfectly. And I was out and no time back on the road. Thank you, Sean Moses, and your team for taking care of me and making me feel like a client instead of a ticket.. I would highly highly recommend this place two friends and family.. You’re in good hands here.

  I had an excellent experience with JC Autobody for body work that was paid for by GEICO. I want to especially recognize Moises for his stellar customer service from start to finish. Moises personally called to confirm my initial appointment and coordinated with Enterprise to arrange my pickup, which made the process seamless. Throughout the entire repair timeline, he consistently kept me informed with calls and text updates. When my vehicle was ready, he called and left a voicemail right away. During pickup, Moises greeted me and made sure everything I requested had been taken care of. I had asked if the new car plate frame could be removed and if the tire pressure could be checked, and he assured me both were completed. He already had my invoice prepared and promptly emailed me a PDF copy, which I really appreciated. The following day, my check engine light came on, though it turned off by the next day. Even so, I brought the car back to the shop, and Moises took the time to run a diagnostic scan to ensure everything was fine. It turned out the issue was simply that the gas cap had not been tightened properly. This was my first time pumping gas since purchasing the car, and I had done so right after leaving the shop. I truly appreciated his patience, reassurance, and clear explanation, as well as his advice to make sure the gas cap is securely closed. The entire staff and mechanics at JC Autobody are professional, attentive, and thorough. I felt well taken care of every step of the way. I highly recommend JC Autobody and commend Moises for providing exceptional customer service.

  Brought our 18-year old van to 288 Auto-shop (another great mechanic, in front of Meridiana in Iowa Colony) to see if they could repair one of the sliding doors. They quickly told us they were unable to do so, and I asked if they had any body shops they could recommend - they did, JC AutoBody #2! Our experience with Mr. Moises was excellent. Communication, transparency, and the cost! We had to wait for a part to come in to completely repair the van, which he updated me candidly along the way. Got a sliding door that fell off its track? Mr. Moises with JC AutoBody #2 is the guy to see!

  Excellent service!! One year after repairs, they fixed a problem same day covered by their guarantee. On Christmas Eve, no less!! Service with a smile! Highly recommend!!
