  Was very satisfied with my visit today after having battery problems with my Ford. Latora greeted me and helped me with my problems and even installed a new battery to my car! Latora was very helpful in all my questions and overall was very pleased with my visit! Thankyou for all your great help today I will be back to ask for you!

  I have been a loyal customer for nearly two years and regularly purchase all the parts and supplies needed for my vehicle from this store. During my most recent visit, I went in to purchase an oil filter and several other items. The employee who assisted me, a Parts Sales Manager, scanned my items and gave me the total without asking for my phone number to check my AutoZone Rewards account. When I politely informed her that I do have an account and asked if my number could be added, she became visibly upset and stated that I was supposed to provide my number at the beginning of the transaction. While I was attempting to pay, the phone rang and she told me to go ahead and pay, then walked away to answer the phone. The payment terminal indicated that I needed to wait for the cashier, but she did not return immediately. Instead, I observed her talking with another employee while I was still waiting for my transaction to be completed. After approximately four minutes, she returned, processed the payment, handed me the receipt, and continued to behave in a rude and disrespectful manner. I was disappointed by this interaction, especially given that the employee involved is a manager. I believe customers should be treated with professionalism and respect at all times, regardless of the situation. This experience did not reflect the level of customer service I have come to expect from AutoZone.
