  I went to get my car inspected. I had a positive experience from beginning to end. I was told I was gonna have to wait about almost 40 minutes and I got out here in less than half. all the associates there were awesome. Jaymee Was awesome ! I Had a fun conversation with her!

  Just pulled up and sat while three employees looked at me for 15 minutes one finally walked up to my car and I asked who owned the location. He told me who it was, and I asked him why it took so long for them to walk over to me he said they’re shortstaffed and I said well somebody could’ve walked over and just said hey we’re running a little behind. He proceeded to get my information and I sat in the same spot for another 15 minutes and finally left. Nobody wanted to move my car in or drain the oil at all for over 30 minutes.

  First off, very frustrating when they won’t allow you to pull at least slightly in the bay when it’s pouring and raining and then see if they’ll let every other car pull in… That wasn’t the worst part, this is the second time that I’ve been to this Rockwall location and after 20 minutes of being there they come in and say they don’t have the oil filter and have to order it which would be another 15 to 20 minutes. Wait… There was no other option but to sit it out now, with no apology or Discount. The worst oil change experience that took over an hour… I don’t know if I will be going back to this location ever again!
