I came in today to rent maybe the 30+ car in the last 6 months. I was already e checked in payment was added my corporate code was added. I walked in an employee name Josh greets me ask for my DL I provide it. He then asks for my name I’m like okay you have my license but ok my name is so and so. He then asks for my credit card. I provide my card then he asks if I had another card. I said no I’ve e checked in with this card on file. Same card I’ve used the last 30+ rentals. He then asks if I had my work badge to prove I worked at my job. Because I used my corporate code a code that is prepayed by my employer. I work remotely and have never been issued a badge or even asked for such a thing on any previous rentals. I did however provide my work email address. He then asked for the phone number to contact my employer. Like WTH I’m literally a frequent renter. As in several times a week unfortunately.I pass up several rental companies to get to Rockwall to only spend time that I do not have proving who I am and who I work for is crazy.Especially after you have my legal documents in your damn hand….like get it together JOSH!
