  It's good for a quick clean that you do the interior so it all depends on if you want to. Still had dirt and spots on my car like it missed things in the wash

  I came in to have my car cleaned due to a promotion to try out their services and after my first experience with Zips Car Wash I have no plans to ever return for service. Not only did my my car get damaged but an employee quite literally had to carry out part of my car and hand it to me. It seems both the presumed manager and corporate team that handled my claim have renounced 100% responsibility and I am ultimately left with a car unsafe to drive on the road. It seems to me that the people in charge of making things right look for any and every reason not to help actually repair any damage to my vehicle caused by their equipment. I just got this car this year and it’s already having to go to the shop because of this? It’s absolutely ridiculous and on top of all that it appears it didn’t even completely clean my car properly, there’s visible dirt and streaks as if i just went back roaring in a rain storm. What a grimey way to do business.

  Hands down worst car wash! Paid for the cheapest wash $12 and I dont think it even used soap, the machine to pay doesn't work and the employees know. I spent 5 mins trying to make the payment go through, I had to call for assistance since I was stuck in line. After the wash I had to dry every inch of my truck with the towels they provide, took about 8 towels to make it look good. I've been to all the local car washes and this one is just awful. Some others provide air freshener, compressed air, armor all, and I barely even have to touch up any left over dirt. Zero stars. I should get a refund smh.

  I have just paid $ 24 for single car wash for Q7, and back side was still all dirty. Sides were good but back side there was almost like it was not touched. And car 2as all wet, not dried at all. Will not use it again.
