I paid $30 for a car wash and had to run my vehicle through twice, yet it was still covered in dirt. I’m not talking about a few missed spots—the dirt was everywhere. In several areas, I could literally wipe it off with my finger. It honestly looked like my vehicle had never been washed at all. I’m usually not one to complain, but this was unacceptable. You would get better results waiting for it to rain than paying for a wash at this location. To make matters worse, the female employee working there was rude, dismissive, and clearly did not care about my concerns. The only positive part of this experience was Jacob, who was polite and at least provided me with the corporate phone number. I understand that no car wash is perfect, but this wasn’t a minor issue—it was a total failure of service. Save your money and go somewhere else. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

They know that the machine to pay is broken and has been for months, yet they refuse to do anything about it. Their aim is to shoehorn you into a membership that is damn near impossible to get canceled. That is why only the membership line work flawlessly. They have the same amenities as every other drive through car was in the area. Take the time to go somewhere that is less of a hassle.

My vehicle is rather new, without a scratch on it -- until now, and nothing other than Zip's machinery could have reached that height to mar it. I submitted a damage claim and was told the scratch did not match with their machinery. I join now with all the other below posters who have had their vehicle damaged at Zip's Car Wash. I will never be zipped again by its shoddy machinery. (Zip's ~ please do not bother to respond with your disingenuous concern that means actually zippo) William was so helpful and patient when my car locked up its gears upon entering the car wash.
