  The manager or assistant manager that helped me has helped me before. He is always extremely courteous, professional and acts like he cares. He surely helps the whole staff there perform at their best.

  Jesse and Eden were excellent. They were very helpful, addressed all of my needs, and made my visit today a great experience. Bryan, the inspector, was also fantastic and kept the atmosphere light with his sense of humor. Overall, the staff was outstanding.

  On Monday March 2 my coolant was flushed and filled by a trainee. When car would not start Wednesday morning I found out from Nissan that the secondary problem was in fact an issue caused by the trainee. He put the wrong clamp on the hose going to radiator causing a leakage of fluid. Service advisor at Nissan told me Radiator fluid would need to be flushed and filled again and new correct clamp put on hose. That cost me in extra total $307. Now this was after coming to this location for over 10 years for oil changes and good service. This time it costs me extra to correct a problem caused by improper work done and trainer did not inspect the work done and let me leave with a leaking hose. Diagnostics at Nissan confirmed the issue. Poor!! If Jesus was a real knowledgeable manager then he would have inspected the hose that a trainee clamped on and figured out it was the wrong clamp and retrained employee and fixed the hose with correct clamp himself. Jesus needs to know he represents a large company and given company a bad reputation! Standing around talking and not properly supervising is inappropriate and not proper!! Purely sucks to know these mistakes are made and Jesus is not reprimanded for it!

  I will never in my life go back to this location for my oil changes or any other service that they offer. I went for an oil change on 10/12/2025 and noticed that afterwards my car had an oil leak, which it did not have before. I would know. I spoke with the team and the manager and was told to bring the car back so they could look at it and all they said was they didn’t see it leaking… hmmm how is that when there was literally a puddle of oil at my home and job?! That morning! So then they said they would do an investigation and get back to me and that my next service would be 100% free, covered by them because this happened. Only for today (3/2/2026), after speaking with them on the phone where I was told it would still be honored, to be told after I arrived that they would actually only offer $20 and that my oil change would still cost $89. You’re joking right?! Y’all messed up my car and are refusing to do what you promised??? THATS CRAZY!!! I will be taking my need for services elsewhere. I drive a 2014 as well, so there is no reason that my oil change should cost anywhere near that. My mother drives a 2021 and hers don’t even cost close to that. Valvoline Rockwall, DO BETTER!!!!!!! This is straight BS!!!
