I've been bringing my vehicles here for almost 5 years and my last 3 visits have been terrible. Waits for over an hour, there's no clear communication, vehicles are not being serviced in any particular order (as I can tell), the regular service inspection has not been done (checking fluids, tires, lights, brakes, etc), and last 2 times the air filters haven't even been checked. It's wait 45 mins or longer, pull in, pop hood, change oil, send you on your way. Today's service was no different, and I wasn't even given a new sticker tag. When I asked about it, the guy scribbled the wrong mileage down on the sticker, handed it to me and sent me on my way. I've not been happy with the service I came to expect here over the years. I can't tell if there's been lots of turn over here or just a nonchalantness about customers. You used to be fast, efficient, and fair. And It's hard to spend $100 (before the coupon) on an oil change when the overall service stinks.

I’ve used this spot for several years but they are not providing the service they once did. For two years in a row they have had issues with their emissions testing system when I went. This year they charged me and did not inform me until after the charge that their testing system was not working and told me I could come back. Today I went back to get the test performed and after waiting 30 minutes they told me I could come back because their inspector was out. I asked for a refund at this point because who has time to keep coming back and spending a half hour just to find out they can’t get it done. Either provide reliable and timely service for emissions test or do not offer the service. I gave it two stars because oil change is ok but please go elsewhere if you need inspection/emissions test.

Happy Holidays! But before you take your car or truck here please read this! If you would like your children to have a good Christmas this year! Read on: We have lived in Mclendon-Chisholm for about a year now but have lived in Heath and Forney also since moving to Texas 10 years ago. We have taken both cars in the past here with no problems that were ever caught. The 24 th of October 2025, my very observant retired 20 year Marine, pulled up to what was supposed to be a quick oil change. Well let me tell you how 140 dollar oil change turned in to a 3, 000 dollar oil pan replacement! What was usually about 15 minute or so. Turned into about an hour and 22 minutes. No one came up from the bay for that long. Since my husband had been there before he didn’t think that much about it. Jesus at the end of the service says “the drain plugged was stripped”. He did say what he put in place was “temporary”, but my husband not knowing much about oil pans, did not realize how temporary this was! Only ten minutes after leaving he sees a leak coming from the car. He goes back up and was very curious on what this stripped part looked like. Apparently Jesus didn’t like his tone. So he told him he will call the police. Well my husband has no record and is a retired Marine so that doesn’t scare him. So he waits. I call customer service. I think the ladies name was Kristen, I spoke to. I explained what I knew. She tried to reach the area manager (Gabriel) with no luck. This was a Friday. My husband is still waiting for said police. For about 20 minutes. At that time Jesus(mind you the manager) was still looking for the stripped piece. Kristen took my info and because Jesus said a couple rude things to my husband. Kristen and I thought it would be good if my husband left. Jesus doesn’t tell my husband the truth about what is happening at the time of service. It was when an angry man came back. Then Jesus decides to tell him that the part that was stripped was not a “replaceable part” you had to replace the whole oil pan. He also forgot to mention this replacement is about 3-4,000 dollars as we found out. Long story short. Kristen says the manager will look at the cameras and then call. 2 weeks later no call and my husband called back to speak to someone else who says Gabriel will call “at her discretion”. Still a week later no call. Mind you Jesus did say at the end we could put in a claim but because we had never been there (Kristen found us in the computer when she looked us up) and “they did nothing wrong” it would be denied. Seeing as we have had no call. This might be standard practice and he knows that. So why try to be nice or come up with a resolution on his part? In 4 days all the oil that was put in the car was inside the turkey pan we put underneath the car until we got all parts and could afford to pay for the labor. It all drained out. We do end up getting it fixed in Terrell by a mechanic. I feel like if there was nothing wrong done on their end… where is the call to tell us that? Or even a call to say we are investigating? My husband is a disabled vet and still works very hard for this family. But one thing we do not have is money to throw out the window. If it’s accident say it’s an accident. The oil change could have waited. Jesus could have told my husband that he could not get the piece off and if he did, it may be costly. That would have at least gave my husband a choice. But to say nothing and let him leave under the impression this was a simple piece to replace is very dishonest. Whether we hear from them or not. Their non responsiveness tells us all we need to know! We want to warn our fellow veterans/spouses, first responders, Rockwall, Heath and Mclendon- Chisholm, Forney, etc. area. I know there are good reviews, but there is always an exception. It was the flippant attitude from Jesus more than anything is why I couldn’t wait any longer to write this review. I did try to wait. Just BEWARE!
