Tonight I had a low tire, pulled up 20 minutes before they closed. I stood there for 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me only to be told they close in 15 minutes so they can’t help me but they can make an appointment for tomorrow. You know what, no thanks. Came to Firestone instead. Who also closes at 7. They have 5 other customers in the lobby and got me right in with no issues and friendly service. Guess I know where to go from now on.
