I said I couldn’t bc I had to get my kids and I had someone put my spare on so made appt for sat at 230. Got there Saturday and was immediately told they don’t have any patches and there is nothing they can do in a super rude attitude. I said why didn’t anyone call me to tell me not to come in if they didn’t have any patches. I made appt 24 hours in advance. So then I said ok let’s get a new tire. Then all of a sudden they were going to get a patch. After I left I got a call saying my tire couldn’t be patched the hole was too big. They would order me a new tire it would be there Monday, I would just pay to put the tire on, balance. Monday I drop my car off, went to work and was called and told my warranty was expired. I asked to talk to owner/boss which is who I bought new tires and warranty from 3 years ago and he was sooo nice. I’m not big on talking about God/Jesus but whatever he was talking to me about had me in tears, amazing conversation, great customer service. So I was surprised when he got on the phone being rude just like the other man I dealt with. Even after they offered discounted tire I declined because i will never use them again. My almost 80 year old step dad went to go get my car and he asked them if the tire was in the back of car and was told yes it is. He drove 15 mins to another tire shop and it wasn’t in my car. So he had to go back to get the tire and was told by owner that people usually just leave them there. After he got the tire and drove 15 mins again to another tire shop, my tire was patched.
