I have been on hold for 45 minutes and have tried the live chat option at least a dozen times with no response. It is like this every single time I try to get ahold of someone here. If you find yourself in the unfortunate position of needing an ignition interlock, do your self a favor and find any other company. I wouldn't recommend intoxilock to my worst enemy. The only reason a company like this can stay in business is because it is state mandated and people don't know that there are other options.
