  My daughter and I dropped her car off this morning to just have the brakes inspected because the car is 5 years old. Not having issues, just wanted to get an inspection. After a couple hours they called and quoted my daughter almost $3,000 in needed repairs. Again, the car came in with no issues so we decided to take the car down the street to Archer Auto Car based on several recommendations from people at church. So glad we did, they called my daughter back after a couple hours and stated brake pads look great, routers are fine and she doesn't need a while new front end suspension, like Brakes Plus stated. In fact they said absolutely nothing needs to be done, everything is fine. They even sent pictures showing how thick the pads were. NOT SURE ABOUT ALL BRAKES PLUS LOCATIONS BUT THIS ONE IS OBVIOUSLY PUTTING PROFITS BEFORE HONESTY AND INTEGRITY.

  I woke up to low air in my tires. Brakes plus was the closest to stop in and get them checked. I was met at the front counter by a very pleasant and professional young man named Chris. He had my tires checked and air added. When I went back in to pay for this service, he told me it was free of charge, which was totally unexpected. This was my first encounter at this establishment, and first impressions are lasting. If I ever need a paid service to my vehicle, I won’t hesitate to give them a try.

  I called ahead to see if the store had a filter for my vehicle.I was told to come on in and they would call and have one waiting.When I got there they serviced my vehicle immediately, they were very professional and courteous

  My keyless car remote stopped working despite changing battery twice. I stopped by Brakes Plus before making an appointment with the dealership. Matt opened the remote and fixed the problem. When I asked about the cost, he said nothing. Yes nothing. He saved me a trip all the way to the dealership in Plano and a price that will cost me arm and leg. Thank you Matt so much. He is very professional and honest.

  Charged me $200 for the onboard computer system diagnostic which they did not do. The truck is a 1980 f150. They were going to do an oil change, alignment, replace wheel bearings, and replace brakes and rotors. They then called me and said the only thing they did was put a missing pin in the wheel bearings and pack them because they couldn’t get any of the right parts because it’s too old. Not even the oil change which I provided the oil for. Which is fine I understand it’s an old truck, but I feel like they should have told me from the start instead of telling me they could do all of it and to leave it there for 2 days.
