During my recent visit to the AutoZone in Rockdale, I was thoroughly impressed by both the cleanliness of the store and the professionalism of the management. Joshua, one of the managers on duty, demonstrated an exceptional level of composure and customer service.
While assisting another customer, who became impatient and demanded his immediate attention, Joshua respectfully explained that he would be happy to assist as soon as he finished putting an item away in the back. Despite the customer’s attitude, he remained calm, courteous, and handled the situation with professionalism that truly reflects leadership and respect for all customers.
Once he returned, Joshua promptly assisted me, was knowledgeable about the products I needed, and ensured I left fully satisfied with my visit. The store itself was spotless and well-organized, which only added to the positive experience.
It’s rare to see a manager balance professionalism, efficiency, and customer care under pressure as well as Joshua did. This store is a great example of what customer service should look like — a credit to AutoZone and to Joshua’s management

Called Autozone a few days ago talked to Randy to order a O2 sensor and come to find out was never ordered.
Called again with Matt this time asked a few questions to make sure it was the O2 sensor and he asked if I had any more questions then I said no and he hung up on me.
Went actually into the store cause I’m a commercial customer who is moving over here and all I do buisness with is Autozone as I have many shops. I was gonna move my commercial account as well.
I spoke to Madelynne and actually got the parts I needed.
She actually did a full diagnose on my vehicle as well cause I had an electrical issue and my tire said it was low but I didn’t have a gauge on me.
She was so kind to run a check engine light electrical and check my tires.
She told me to talk to Matt or the commercial manager to move my account but I don’t think I’m interested to much anymore if I have to speak to the store manager and he acts like that.
I would love to do buisness with her but overall may not be interested.

Tienen una muy mala actitud al tratar al cliente iva a regresar estoy y que necesitaba el recibo pague con mi tarjeta y esta mi número de teléfono no quiso alludarme y el producto nunca se abrio acaban de abrir y tienen muy mala actitud prepotente..
