  I appreciate very much Jacob and his team taking care of me when mounting my new classic wide whitewall tires onto my freshly powder coated rims for my 1957 Chevy Bel Air that is currently under restoration. I could only have one tire done at a time every couple of weeks or so and Jacob was always there to greet me at the door and take the tire and rim from the bed of my truck back into the shop to get mounted and put back into my truck. I now have all four tires mounted and hope to have the car completed and on the road in the near future. Jacob and everyone else I’ve met at the store are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. Thanks again…Bill

  I have a small trailer tire with an inner tube. I was able to get the bead popped out and replaced the inner tube but wasn’t able to re-pop the bead into the wheel. The Mavis Tire folks took great care of me. They seated the tire into the wheel, took five minutes and didn’t charge me (although I did offer to pay). Great people to work with. Will definitely go there for my next set of tires. Definitely recommend this group.

  I picked this place specifically to get my state inspection. I went ahead and scheduled my oil change and tire rotation since I was coming anyway. I would have appreciated a call or something letting me know you weren't going to be able to perform one of the services that day. I got the oil change and tire rotation and those services were great, so I'm giving a fair rating in my mind. There is seating with a couple side tables, a water cooler, and toilets. But I've been to several shops with a coffee bar and I could have used a cup today. I appreciate the hospitality of the workers and when it came to upselling, I was given my recommendations without feeling like I needed to rudely shut you down. Air was added to my tires and I loved the tax refund sale you were running. Thank you for the good work but I do have a couple complaints so I can't say that I will rave about this place to anyone.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in just to get my brakes changed. My car had a weird smell to it afterwards and we started noticing oil spots in my driveway. When I took my car back to them to see what was going on, there was no oil cap on my car at all and my oil had leaked out all over my engine. They refused to show me any camera footage to see that they removed the oil cap and never replaced it. They did "clean" my engine up though they didn't do a very good job and they "replaced" my oil cap with a new one. Now I am having to replace my alternator because all the oil that spilled out got into my alternator and ruined it and the oil cap that they replaced it with does not fit properly and is leaking so I'm having to replace that AGAIN as well.

  I went to Mavis Tires after busting a valve stem on one of my RV tires. I had stopped at another tire shop first, but they didn’t have the correct stem and couldn’t even fill my tire to the proper PSI. I decided to try Mavis—and I’m so glad I did. When I arrived, the wait time was five hours shorter than the competitor. Although they didn’t initially have the exact stem I needed, Logan went above and beyond, calling multiple suppliers and doing everything possible to track it down. He understood how urgent the situation was since our camper was illegally parked and couldn’t be moved without a solution. Logan even drove to a supplier himself in an effort to find the correct part. In the end, they weren’t able to get the exact stem that day, but they still found a safe temporary solution to get us moving. The entire team was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping us. The only “wait” was because they were actively working to solve the problem—not because we were forgotten or pushed aside. I normally use a different company for all my tire needs, but I’m so grateful that in a moment of desperation I found this Mavis location. I will absolutely be coming here for all future tire service. The customer service and expertise were better than anything I’ve experienced elsewhere. Ironically, we managed to break a stem on a second tire after moving the camper, so I’ll be seeing them again soon—but this time I know it’ll be a quick and painless visit now that we know exactly what part we need. Huge thanks to Logan and the entire Mavis team for going above and beyond.
