  A few weeks ago I brought my parents car in close to closing time for a flat tire. Jacob was amazing and very friendly and took the time to show me all the tires on the car and give me the best option for my parents on a tire. The technician Seth was amazing also and was showing me the tire tread on the tires. I would highly recommend this place and it’s great that you have awesome employees working for this company. Keep up the hard work. Thanks again guys!

  I love using the Roanoke location. They are so nice and even patched one of my tires at no charge. I will continue to give this place my business and refer all my friends.

  I always bring my car here because these guys NEVER fail to go the extra mile. They've taken care of me every time I've ever came in, highly recommend this shop! It's honestly my go to for oil changes, inspection, & everything else my car needs

  Great people and service! I went in to get my car checked out with the concern that it was going to be a bit expensive to get fixed. But Jacob and his team were able to diagnose the problem which ended up being a super easy fix (cleaned excessive corrosion off one of the 12v battery terminals). I still offered to pay for that plus the half hour or so of their time that was spent checking the rest of it out, but Jacob insisted on not charging me a dime. So all in all I am incredibly appreciative and satisfied with the level of integrity of this shop. I made sure to emphasize that I would be coming to them for all of my maintenance and service needs moving forward!

  12/9/2025. I came in to check for a low pressure tire....ended up having to do oil change with them after they asked me several times to do it. AND THAT BEGAN MY LONG NIGHTMARE. I was the very last customer and my oil change was not done until after 6PM. Came home and parked. By the time I wanted to drive the car I noticed a pool of oil underneath. I HAD A HUGE OIL LEAK. I went back to them and they determined it was my drain plug. So I waited in the lobby while that was being fixed. Then came the receptionist saying they couldn't finish it until tomorrow meaning today. No updates, whatsoever. I had to call to ask what the status was and was told it will be done by the end of the day. AND IT ISNT DONE. I called again around 4:50PM and was with them on the phone for almost an hour ( Been put on hold two times for a total of over 40 minutes, during our 50 some minute call) No clear explanation as to why my car is not fixed. They are not talking about a stripped drain plug, all. If a sudden as their explanation. So fix the damn plug and let me go. I.asked to speak to a manager and was denied. They claimed the manager is not in today...horrible service. I asked for the corporate number and instead was given A CALL CENTER NUMBER. Who treats customers like this..I have lost wages for two days now and who knows how many more days. I have never taken my Volkswagen Atlas anywhere else for any service and I truly regret trusting this company with my car. Who knows what other damages they will inflict on my car. I'll immediately take it to Volkswagen on my way from them to see if they have done any foul play to my car. I don't trust Mavis Tire on hwy 377 , Roanoke TX. Please beware... I'm still dealing with them right now. They refused to give me a number to the manager and refused me to talk to the manager. They refused to give me a number to the corporate office and instead gave me a call center number. Please stay away from Mavis Auto if you don't want a convoluted process with your oil change. What was supposed to be an hour service is going into day 3 for me. I had to get uber from them last night and spent $40 for the rider...and that's an expense that was indirectly caused by them. I'll need another uber to go get my car and they should pay for that. Horrible service at its best
