  My car was in the shop, so my insurance company set me up with an Enterprise rental. The whole process went smoothly! The car was in great shape and very clean when I picked it up! I would gladly recommend Enterprise to anyone needing a rental car!

  I had an extended rental with the Roanoke Enterprise office for about 70 days while my car was being repaired after an accident, and I cannot say enough good things about the team. Everyone was kind, professional, and genuinely helpful during a stressful time. The Enterprise Team was patient, friendly, and helpful throughout the insurance process, consistently ensuring everything went smoothly. Their customer service made a big difference in my experience. I truly appreciated the care and support from this location and would highly recommend them.

  I made a reservation with Enterprise Roanoke, Texas including a time and collision center location where I was taking my car for repair. Enterprise acknowledged my reservation, including rental car size, by text. I drove my car to the collision center at the agreed date and time for drop off. Enterprise Rental did not meet me as agreed. The collision center shared they never show with an appointment and have to be called. The collision center called them and were told they were busy and would not come for 45 minutes to 1 hour to pick me up. The gentleman that came from Enterprise Roanoke, Texas was very pleasant and polite. When arriving at the rental center I was told they did not have the size car that was requested and I could drive the mini van they had. They said they only had the ONE vehicle. I declined and said I had reserved the mid size car and they acknowledged the reservation but said the mini van was the only car available and they did not know when any other cars were going to be returned. I requested a ride home and would wait for the rental on the size car I had booked under the reservation. When arriving at home I called surrounding areas with Enterprise trying to locate a car to rent and none were available at 4 locations. Learning that I then called the collision center sharing my experience with Enterprise, Roanoke Texas. The representative at the collision center said he would call Enterprise, Roanoke, Texas and see what he could do. The representative from the collision center called me back sharing that the rep from Enterprise Roanoke said they had a car that they were doing an oil change. It was at the end of the day so they agreed they would come pick me up at my home at 8:30am the next morning. I was ready to go at 8:30am the next morning and there was a NO SHOW. After waiting 45 minutes I called the collision center sharing no one had come as agreed with the rent car. The collision center called Enterprise Roanoke, Texas and spoke with the rep asking about the agreed pick up time. The rep at Enterprise said he never agreed to any pick up time and they did not have any cars available for rental. The collision center then called me telling me Enterprise Roanoke would NOT BE PROVIDING ME WITH SAID PROMISED CAR and said they did not know when they would have a car available. Now I am stranded for days until my car is ready for pick up. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ENTERPRISE RENTAL CARS in Roanoke, Texas. They DO NOT follow their own guidelines, or promises, for providing services!!!!!
