  Went in a few weeks ago after I noticed my brakes were squeaking. My sister called to ask for last minute help moving, and I was stressing because I figured I'd need to make an appointment, get a ride from and back to the shop while they worked on my car, and that I wouldn't have much time left in my weekend to help move stuff. How wrong I was! As soon as I walked in, I was welcomed and helped right away. Frey was super patient with me and took the time to explain my options. I didn't feel my usual sense of unease and there was zero pressure or like aggressive upselling (just what made sense / was time critical.) Once we figured out what I needed, Frey got his guys right on it and not only was it a really short wait (lobby was super clean and comfortable enough if I'd had to wait longer though) but they got me out the door for literally less than half of what I'd been imagining before I walked in. This isn't my neighborhood location but I will definitely drive the few extra miles next time I need my truck serviced. Everyone I interacted with was really friendly and attentive and respectful... 10/10 would recommend to friends and family- in fact I've already told a few ladies I work with that its worth every penny for the reasons I noted above and because that GM is like gorgeous LOL I had to keep myself from staring when he was helping me. Seriously though this place will take good care of you, they've got a repeat customer in me now.

  I originally came in for brake repairs utilizing the lifetime warranty I purchased many years ago. They did quick and efficient work. Unfortunately, when i went to get tires balanced and rotated, that store saw the lug studs were cross-threaded. I took the car straight back to Brakes Plus. They evaluated the situation and took responsibility for replacing the studs for free. Frey and his team provide excellent customer service and are more interested to ensure their customers are safe instead of quarreling about who's fault it may have been. I will gladly come back again for my next service.

  Had a really good experience at Brakes Plus. They got the work done fast and made sure all my questions were answered. The staff was helpful and easy to talk to, and everything was explained clearly. Super smooth experience — I’d definitely come back and recommend them.

  I feel like I got very good and honest service. I think that’s hard to find in the automotive industry. Frey Caballero did not try to tack on a bunch of unnecessary services. I thought I was gonna need new brakes because it’s been such a long time, but he was very honest and told me my brake pads and rotors look great and that service could wait a while. If there were any issues that he would have ran into with my vehicle, he said he would’ve taken me out and shown me exactly what the issues were. I love this kind of service And I like feeling confident, I’m not being taken advantage of!

  I came in simply to get my state inspection done, and I had the pleasure of meeting John. His service was nothing short of immaculate. Mind you, I know nothing about cars or what they require for the longevity of a vehicle, but he took the time to explain what was recommended for mine and broke everything down so I could understand it better. Thank you, John, for being great! Your personality is truly top-tier. I’ll definitely be back soon to have the services done on my vehicle that you recommended.
