John took the time to actually show me my worn pads on my car as well as where my rotors were grinding. He also made it clear what services were necessary to remain safe while driving my vehicle. I have always felt that the team at Brakes Plus have been knowledgeable and pricing very fair and reasonable. Today’s visit reinforced my confidence and positive experiences.

Most importantly, he did not try to upsell me on extra repairs. As I was waiting I read a sign on the wall about their mission statement. Integrity is important to them. It's a hard word to actually live up to, and I think they do a pretty good job. I will return to the shop when needed.
