Prior to arriving I had called and set up a battery with Victor. When I arrived, he was courteous and professional! He replaced my battery super quickly. He was polite and had a smile fixing my issue! I don't go to auto part stores very often. If I need to, I will absolutely go to AutoZone because of this awesome employee. So should you. Great customer service is rare these days. Great Job Victor!

I was dreading replacing the battery because she has a 2018 ford escape where you have to remove the air filter to get to the battery and I don’t have the tools to do the job. Victor who greeted me with a smile tested the batter and even installed a new one for me and did it without even a side eye or complaint. I am a manager for 15 people and I know true leadership. If I was owned a company that requires customer service skills I would hire Victor to lead it. The world we live in needs more Victors.
