  well this is a never come back store… I had a truck broke down in middle of I 35w and run in an other truck and trailer trying to get back ASAP and the “parts manager” refused to help me because I parked in front of store parallel to side walk just because I really needed a pulley otherwise wouldn’t have bought anything from them

  Simon who works at the roanoke location has been EXTREMELY helpful with my 2001 camero, He knows pretty much everything about the catfish camero. He’s super funny too, and that whole team is super cool.

  Daniel is probably the most professional and knowledgeable parts guy I've had the pleasure of dealing with in quite a long time. I had a very weird situation arise that two other stores couldn't resolve, but Daniel was willing to take the time to understand my situation and do everything he could to help me.
