  I cannot recommend this branch of Safelite. They replaced the rear quarter panel window on my wife's mini van and installed the new glass without the included rubber molding (1st picture). When I pointed out the issue the technician told me somebody from the shop would call me to reschedule a warranty repair. After a week nobody ever called me so I booked a new appointment online. When the 2nd technician showed up he was unable to install the molding due to how the first technician installed the replacement glass. We also noticed the first technician broke several plastic trim clips and tried to hide the damage (2nd picture). Since the 2nd technician was unable to complete the repair he told me somebody from safelite would contact me again once everything was ordered from Honda. 2 weeks later and nobody has contacted me. I am also unable to book a new appointment online so now I will have to drive to the shop just to get an update. They are friendly and 1 of my 2 installers seemed to know what they were doing. But the shop's customer service and follow-up are terrible. My initial appointment was March 23 and it is now 18 days later and I still do not have a properly installed window.

  Absolutely outstanding experience with Safelite! From the moment I called my insurance and got redirected to their site, booking was super easy and they had me scheduled for the very next day. The installer even reached out early and came straight to my house, replaced my windshield right in my driveway with zero hassle. It was so smooth and professional that it made me realize ALL minor to mid auto services like oil changes, tire-installs, battery replacements to complete in depth tuneups from the big players in the game should be just as convenient and inexpensive to come to you. Five stars all the way for these guys

  Cost a little more than others but well worth it, 1 small issue and they corrected it immediately Great service , great customer service and comes with a warranty could not ask for more.

  My technician, Jarred was awesome. Very polite, professional and friendly. Jarred was in constant contact with me throughout the process. He was on time. He was neat, cleaning up any glass shards and offered to attach my new registration sticker and toll tag. Ask for Jarred, he is great.
