  Li I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. He was professional, efficient, and remained well-composed throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk me through exactly what needed to be done, which I truly appreciated. What stood out most was his clear sense of urgency and the way he naturally took charge of the main floor; his leadership role was evident and it made the whole experience seamless. Highly recommend! Sincerely a very happy customer

  Needed a state inspection done and even though the store was a bit busy Lizandro was able to get me in and out without an issue. He was very professional and efficient. Definitely recommend this store and their staff

  I had such a great experience at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers today! I came in with a fast-leaking rear passenger tire after running over a nail—I had been putting air in it 2–3 times a day, so I really needed help ASAP. Before arriving, I had already been to two other locations within an hour. Both told me over the phone they accepted walk-ins and I could be seen when I arrived, but when I got there, one asked me to come back the next morning because they were fully booked, and the other quoted me a 4-hour wait. When I got to this location, they initially told me it would be about a 1–2 hour wait, which I was willing to do. But what really stood out was the assistant manager Li —all of the mechanics were working on more pressing matters so he stepped in and took care of my tire right away instead of making me wait for them to finish. Thanks to him, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes! That level of customer service is rare these days. I truly appreciate the urgency, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond. Highly recommend this location.

  TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE! First off I never leave bad reviews if I don’t like some place I say nothing. But their treatment of me was that bad! I have brought my car to this place for 3 years. Overall they’ve been expensive but fair. I believe recently there has been new management and they’ve fallen down the drain. I brought my car in last Monday, they diagnose the issue order the part that’s needed. I bring in my car on Tuesday the part they ordered doesn’t arrive. Oh no problem not their fault. The next day the part gets ordered it’s the wrong part. The right part won’t arrive till Friday I bring in my car the day before because I have work. Next day I get a call wrong part again. Saturday bring the car wrong part again. Right part arrives Monday. Now today wrong part again FOR THE FOURTH TIME! Never once saying oh that’s our fault or anything they blamed it on the vendor. YOU CHOOSE YOUR VENDOR! Anyways take your car anywhere but here, garbage service, garbage management. . Never took ownership or sounded embarrassed. I was treated so poorly!

  I had a great experience at Express Oil Change. From the moment I pulled in, the guy Li was professional, friendly, and efficient. He greeted me right away and explained the services clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary extras. The service itself was quick but still very thorough. The team checked my fluids, tire pressure, and made sure everything looked good before I left. I appreciated how they kept me informed during the process and answered my questions with patience. The facility was clean and well organized, and the whole visit was smooth from start to finish. If you’re looking for fast, honest, and reliable service, I definitely recommend Express Oil Change. I’ll be returning for my future maintenance.
