  Always understaffed and way too busy. I often wait for more than 30 minutes for a car. Often I have to wait for a car to be cleaned and most recently I just had to take a dirty car. The last two times I called the location to check availability and to address an overcharge, I was left on hold for nearly an hour. Such a poorly run location.

  Terrible communication. The lady Kade lacks any enthusiasm, I recommend she not interact with any customer. Her phone etiquette is terrible and in person was worse. No one in this place communicates. I said I talked to a male and everyone looked like I spoke with a ghost. I know exactly who I spoke with more than once. I left this place so frustrated. Save yourself the time and peace of mind.

  We had initially made a reservation with Hertz but when we arrived to the Sugar Land airport location, they didn’t have our vehicle or nothing even close to it. We saw that this Enterprise location (which is closer to my home) had the vehicle size we were looking for and made the reservation online. When we arrived, we were promptly greeted by staff, who were all very friendly, and the guy who helped us was detailed and attentive to our needs. We got the vehicle and it was clean and ready to go. At drop off, everything also was very smooth and we didn’t experience any trouble. I think I will be switching from Hertz given this positive experience

  I had a terrible experience with this Enterprise location. I called ahead of time to confirm that my reserved vehicle would be ready when I arrived, and they assured me everything was set. However, when I got there, they told me they didn’t have the car available and basically said there was nothing they could do about it. To make things worse, they sent me to another location, claiming they had availability. When I got there, the agent initially said they could see cars available in the system, but then backtracked and said she was mistaken—again leaving me with no vehicle. This was a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. Poor communication, lack of accountability, and zero effort to resolve the issue. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  Im going to stop using enterprise. I’ve been with them for ever, business and personal. Never had to use a credit card. Not all of us want/need/have credit cards. I booked a reservation a week in advance. Showed up at the location and because it was 55 miles outside of my address, they said I HAD to use a credit card. Although it’s not this locations fault, it was extremely frustrating and INCONVENIENT to have ubered there only to be turned away. I live within the metroplex but outside of that particular location and booked at the location closest to where I was at the time. Houston is huge! There should be a disclaimer or something to make customers aware of such policy. So despite the fact that my address and etc. was listed, it still let me book and didnt specify that I HAD to use a credit card. That would have prevented me from wasting time and money. When I asked why is that a policy the attendant said "we've had a lot of thefts recently and anyone can rent a car. “ Obviously me being a loyal customer means nothing. Here I am 2 hours later, still no rental. I asked for the location closest to their location thats within the radius requirement of my home address and am now ubering to them hoping they have a rental and will rent to me. We will see how it goes. After this, pretty sure I’m done. —————————- Update: Made it to second location and they said they are not sure why I was referred to them because they also need a credit card. 3 hours later, $100 in Uber and still no rental. __________________ Note to Self: Skip Enterprise entirely and rent through TURO instead. So thankful this was an option. Especially for EMERGENCY situations like mine. After dealing with Enterprise for over 4 hours I rented from a host on TURO and was behind the wheel of that rental in less than 40 minutes. It was a better price and less of a hassle. I should have just used them to begin with, which I will do moving forward. So done with Enterprise.
