I wish I could give this Valvoline location negative stars.
I brought my car in for a simple oil change, but the technician pressured me repeatedly into doing a transmission flush, saying my car would break down if I didn’t.
I trusted them — and that decision has now cost me everything.
It’s a little bit of time, my car started jerking, making awful noises, and the check engine light came on. The dealership confirmed my transmission fluid was burnt and full of metal debris, and now my car needs a new transmission costing almost $13,000.
Before Valvoline touched it, my car ran perfectly.
When I filed a claim, Valvoline corporate refused to take responsibility and denied my case without written proof, only a voicemail saying they “did everything right.” I even spoke with them on a recorded call — still no help, no documentation, and no accountability. When I called to get help, the so-called investigator spoke rudely, took no accountability, and pretty much hung up in my face—even with a corporate rep on the line! They denied my claim without any written proof, only excuses.
I’m beyond disappointed and furious.
If you value your vehicle, your money, and your peace of mind, do NOT trust these people. They’re not accountable, they’re unprofessional, and they clearly don’t care about their customers.
🚫 Save yourself the stress—go anywhere else.
My vehicle is now undrivable, parked at a dealership, and I’m left without transportation to work or for my family.

They will smile, upsell you, and leave you to deal with the wreckage.
Save yourself the heartbreak — do not trust this Valvoline with your transmission or your vehicle, ever.
Please, whatever you do, RUN FAR AWAY from this Valvoline.
