They only EVER have 2 techs on staff... DO NOT COME HERE... Edit to reply to the reply: no... I wasn't scheduled for a drop a go, multiple times I confirmed I'd be stayed and waiting. Another lady shortly after arriving who was also going to wait upon hearing I'd been there 4 hours and had another hour to go, which still wasn't accurate, decided to leave and reschedule at a different location for the exact same reason. CLEARLY this location needs to learn to communicate with they're customers better or hire more staff... The desk worker when they left for lunch, there was literally no one in the building for over 20+ min to answer the phone or anything had another customer even wanted service...
