    I’ve been going there for a year and a half. For past two weeks the car has not been dry and there’s still marks on the car. When I spoke to the manager, she said they are aware that there are a few blowers that are not working. I think it’s not fair for paying customers to have to drive the car manually. I told her to cancel my membership and she said somebody will reach out to me in 72 hours. bye-bye quick quack car wash.

    I was excited to try this place for the first time I’m sorry, but there’s no acceptable reason for me to be waiting in line for over 10 minutes while the staff member responsible was engaged in long conversations and not paying attention to customers waiting. Her name is Genieva. She spent an extended amount of time talking to one person while I waited patiently. After several minutes, I was about to leave, but the person in front of me finally moved forward. I was surprised when Genieva did not serve me and instead started another long conversation with a different customer about the previous person’s issue. I politely informed her that I was next in line and asked to be served, but she said she did not believe I was next. This was frustrating and unprofessional. Please do better. Customers should not be kept waiting while staff engage in unrelated conversations. Serving clients in order should be the priority.

    Hola amigos, hoy pasé por el car wash y la neta como que se apaga y prendía la machine. Y no mammes me quedé como “y que pedo? “ pero no preocupen todavía mi carrito se miraba al cien. Y las aspiradoras funcionan muy excelentey fuerte. Gracias amigos ósea el manager as de cuenta llegó al rescate. Shoutout a los del Quick Quack ahí los miro en dos semanas 🤗💪🏼

    I want to take a moment to recognize an exceptional employee: MAIRA. I met her during a visit close to closing time, and I was truly impressed by her level of professionalism and kindness. From the moment I drove up, she greeted me with a genuine smile, and her customer service was excellent—something you don’t always experience these days, especially from someone so young. What really stood out to me was her demeanor when she couldn’t locate my membership. Instead of making me feel like I had made a mistake, she kindly said, “Oh no, maybe the mistake is on our end, not yours.” That level of respect, patience, and customer-first attitude deserves recognition. Maira is an absolute gem! Quick Quack is lucky to have someone like her representing the company. Please make sure she knows what a wonderful impression she left. She is a keeper!
