Today, I asked Genevieve for a Quick Quack air freshener, and she told me I could only receive one if I left a review which sounds a lot like bribery. After I left the review, she then said they were out of air fresheners. Both she and her coworker Jacob laughed at my frustration, which was completely unprofessional. A manager should lead by example and handle situations with respect and understanding, not mock paying customers. This experience was beyond disappointing, and because of it, I canceled my subscription and will be taking my business elsewhere.
