  Email correspondence between me and the Store Leader. I was following up with the incident that occurred on 10/24/25. The video surveillance was reviewed before entering and exiting the car wash, the micro scratches from the pictures were up and down, our equipment turned like a swirl, and the equipment was checked right after you made the report. If there was something caught in the wraps that is the only thing that could have caused any scratch marks in swirls. Nothing was found and they were all checked to ensure. We wash many cars daily and the wraps would not cause the scratches; it would have scratched every vehicle that went thru that day. I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you, we won't be able to cover the scratches. ' Good morning - The scratches on my the hood of my care are in a consistent swirl pattern. I’m not too sure what other things would cause these types of scratches especially considering that they were not on my car before entering the car wash. Also, I know that another person reported damage right before I did. I really hope that you will review the footage again to double check. Thank you. Check the picture to see for yourself.

  Went to get my brand new 2025 Toyota 4 Runner with a 1000 miles in it to get washed. The entire passenger side was scratched. I submitted a claim with no response. My wife wrote a negative review for the lack of communication. I bought my 4 Runner on 12/18 for my wife’s birthday. Quick quack responds and says they tried to call on 12/10 and no response. So they denied my claim saying the car was previously scratch. Yes, you read that right!! They denied my claim prior to me even owning the vehicle! I will attach scratch pictures and their response. DONT EVER USE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! Pathetic excuse for customer service and responses for a brand new vehicle.

  BE CAREFUL. I told them personally and canceled my membership through the app, and they still charged me the membership fee! They tell you they've canceled it, but then they charge you again the following month, and when you try to file a complaint, they tell you to call support! Very poor customer service! I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

  My vehicle came out of this car wash with obvious swirl scratches and damage on the hood that were not there beforehand. My son witnessed this. The employee, Theodore, acknowledged the scratches when we reported them. Days later, manager Shelby claimed he said he saw nothing. Their story changed, and they denied any responsibility. I was also told they only cover vehicles under five years old, which was never disclosed before payment. The interaction was dismissive, unprofessional, and offered no real attempt to resolve the issue. The end result is new damage to my vehicle, conflicting statements from staff, and a refusal to help. I do not trust this business, and I would strongly recommend taking your car elsewhere.
