Vinnie asked me what I needed and I told him an oil change, I then asked if they were closing soon and he said, " No worries, were not closed yet, let's have you pull in", with the warmest smile. It was 5:56pm and the company hours read close at 6pm. He and the young men assisting were very polite professional and did not make me feel as I was causing them to work later. I actually felt as if I was the first customer of a fresh start of the day. Ive been going to Express Oil Change for quite sometime and I know there is no other place I'd rather give my business to. THIS IS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE.
