- MHMarisa HackettFeb 23, 20265.0Gwen at this Enterprise location is a treasure. I was having a horrendous day, having just been rear-ended the day before. She picked me up from the collision shop after I dropped my car off and made me feel at ease right away. Her humor and kindness turned my entire mood around. Once we got to Enterprise, she walked me through how to get in touch with the at-fault member’s insurance company to get the right rental car (I needed a standard size instead of the mini the insurance company was trying to give me because of my son’s car seat). She also took the time to make sure I had that rental for as long as I needed it. She walked me around the car, showed me the features, and overall ensured that I was comfortable before I left. Really can’t thank her enough for making the experience so much better than it could have been. I will say that I honestly had a pretty low opinion of rental car companies before this, but Gwen has earned Enterprise a customer for life!
