First let's start with the rudeness and lack of communication when it came from the stuff. The assistant manager Quinn was so rude she told me to shut up, over talking as I was trying to explain to her with what was going on. she hung the phone up. I was overcharged and money was stolen off my card I was told I had to pay two deposits after the insurance had already paid for the vehicle. The service was horrible I would never ever rent a car from this Enterprise again. The only upscale customer service that was given was only to white people I know this who came inside of the building and they treated them with so much respect.
