    Im going to stop using enterprise. I’ve been with them for ever, business and personal. Never had to use a credit card. Not all of us want/need/have credit cards. I booked a reservation a week in advance. Showed up at the location and because it was 55 miles outside of my address, they said I HAD to use a credit card. Although it’s not this locations fault, it was extremely frustrating and INCONVENIENT to have ubered there only to be turned away. I live within the metroplex but outside of that particular location and booked at the location closest to where I was at the time. Houston is huge! There should be a disclaimer or something to make customers aware of such policy. So despite the fact that my address and etc. was listed, it still let me book and didnt specify that I HAD to use a credit card. That would have prevented me from wasting time and money. When I asked why is that a policy the attendant said "we've had a lot of thefts recently and anyone can rent a car. “ Obviously me being a loyal customer means nothing. Here I am 2 hours later, still no rental. I asked for the location closest to their location thats within the radius requirement of my home address and am now ubering to them hoping they have a rental and will rent to me. We will see how it goes. After this, pretty sure I’m done. —————————- Update: Made it to second location and they said they are not sure why I was referred to them because they also need a credit card. 3 hours later, $100 in Uber and still no rental. __________________ Note to Self: Skip Enterprise entirely and rent through TURO instead. So thankful this was an option. Especially for EMERGENCY situations like mine. After dealing with Enterprise for over 4 hours I rented from a host on TURO and was behind the wheel of that rental in less than 40 minutes. It was a better price and less of a hassle. I should have just used them to begin with, which I will do moving forward. So done with Enterprise.

    Horrible attitude. No communication whatsoever. Would never use them again. Had to use them because of insurance. They think they are doing you a favor.

    Pre-booked a car days in advance and paid! Show up 20 minutes early of scheduled time 12:40. Which was 1pm pick up. Per the instructions. No car in sight. The front desk lady tells me that it’s gonna be a 45 minute wait. Mind you they close at 1 pm. How will I get a car 45 mins after closing. It’s about 15 people in the waiting area. Waiting on cars. It’s really unacceptable. Will never return here. Service was unacceptable. Never have I ever dealt with this issue at a rental car company. Called corporate and filed a complaint.
