- RRR RightDec 31, 20251.0Upon arrival at my scheduled reservation time, the rental vehicle was not available. I waited approximately one hour while several customers ahead of me were also waiting, as staff were still cleaning vehicles. Cars should have been prepared in advance for pickup. I frequently rent from airport locations and have not encountered this type of experience previously. The interior of the vehicle did not seem to be cleaned thoroughly and appeared to have been done in a hurry, so I stopped at a car wash before heading home.

The representatives were both kind and helpful but Amaud actually gave us a card with other local locations to call to check availability in order for us to avoid driving around. He was very professional, helpful & kind. What a gem!
- JMJ MDec 20, 20251.0I reserved an SUV weeks prior to the reservation date. The reservation was for 11 days, for a lengthy trip to visit family. On the pickup day, Enterprise had no SUV for me. They offered me a much larger SUV for almost three times the price of my reservation. They should have offered the larger vehicle for the same price. The Enterprise employee at the counter at 12/20 in the morning, failed. She could have done much better. I will highly NOT recommend
