    No one ever picks up the call. They say they provide courtesy pick up but of course they rarely pick up their calls so they rarely pick you up either. If they pick up, most of the time they say it’s too late or they’re busy. Tired of listening to the hold music that keeps describing “exceptional customer service”. If it has happened once, I’d understand but it has happened 3 out of 5 times that I’ve booked here. Wish they’d improve.
