  0 if i could. I guess this is a thing now I went to this location to get a free diagnostic of my car because I have a check engine light and I was told that their machine was broken

  I got in the store with two young kids with battery emergency. Waited in line for 20 minutes. When I got to the one lady in the store, she just told me she can’t check battery now because other staff are at lunch, she is the only one in the store. I don’t necessary have to get it done in this store but why didn’t you put up a sign letting people know what is not available at this moment so we won’t waste our time waiting in line?
