  This is the most incompetent store ever. I purchased a alternator and when I returned the core they charged me instead of refunding me. I spoke to the Hispanic male manager and he was useless. He said I had to contact corporate even after showjng him the charge and not refund. I contacted corporate who sent me to regional who told me I would be called by the district manager. None of this has happened. I just filed a complaint with bbb.org in regards to this. Always check your refund on your card because they are theives and will make it frustrating to get your money back.

  This store is trash. Management doesn’t seem to know how their own Warranty works, worst customer service ever this store is TRASH! So much attitude from managers! I’d never buy from an autozone again.

  I called earlier today (2/15/26) Mario answered, very polite and knowledgeable. I just had a simple question “ do you guys have the tool needed to register a new battery to my vehicle?” Mario said yes, so I made my way to this location. When I arrived, Mariela was the young lady who helped me, she sold me a new battery, once I paid, she just walked away to help other customers. I asked her if she was going to be able to install it. She said no, and she also indicated that they did not have the programming tool for the new battery.(which I knew wasn’t true because Mario had already told me otherwise over the phone) She said “I need to help these other customers” I said that’s fine , she very rudely, replied “ you’re going to have to step out of the way” I grabbed my new battery and stepped out of the way. Mario said he was going to be able to help. Mario grabbed the programming tool and my new battery, he proceeded to install and program the new battery. Marielle should not be in a customer facing position. She seemed very stressed and she was acting very rude for no reason. Mario, on the other hand, acted professionally politely, and seems to be a very knowledgeable young man.

  I must have called 5 other AutoZone stores & NONE could help me. Juliette to the rescue, truly she should be running the whole show in this region. Quick, knowledgeable, decisive, she was pure action & service like I’ve never seen. I hope you all see her potential and take advantage. Now instead of my money going to Firestone it went to you. THANK YOU!!!!! 💪👊

  I came to auto zone the other day and as someone who knows nothing about cars. Cameron was very helpful and showed me what parts I need for my car in order for it to be fixed. Very helpful and nice!
