I came in looking for two car batteries one for myself and another for my mother. And Ariana was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and she even offered to install the battery! I feel that she went above and beyond to ensure all my expectations were met. I don’t know many people in the area but hopeful this review encourages you to visit this location. I know if I need anything this will be my go to stop!

When I bought it, the staff member told me I could return it as long as it wasn’t used. I only wanted to return it because the product was too complicated for me to understand.

I came in and Keith greeted me and absolutely agreed to help me with my battery testing, I never even made it to the register he was already getting he’s kit to help me. I had a warranty with my battery and he was able to explain how it all works and install the new one for free !!! We had an amicable conversation and he was giving me advice on how to take care of my vehicle and gave me amazing advice. Thank you !!

His nasty attitude and disregard for treating customers with respect leaves a bad representation for this store. The manager ARIANA VILLEGAS makes it no better by cosigning his disgusting behavior. Literally cut me off mid conversation as I’m speaking with Ariana regarding my refund and when I say he could’ve said excuse me, they try to make it seems like I’m wrong. Then he start mumbling words under his breath like “ look at her” and “you got a problem”. Also, While I’m speaking about my refund he goes “oh brother” and laughs. I will not allow yall to paint me out to be the angry black woman when I’m speaking up and defending myself. I already contacted corporate regarding the situation. I’m not letting this slide at all. You don’t disrespect people unwarranted when they spend their hard earned money at an establishment.
