He ran the code and I asked him if he ca help with what it means. He said no and I had to look the code up online. Mind you, I’ve been to the Advanced auto parts on West Belfort for my parents vehicles and they bring the reading machine back in and have printed out the issue for the engine light code in my mothers car a month ago. When I mentioned it, the young Caucasian man said they don’t do that I’ve been in the mason location multiple times and no one is ever helpful. Please drive a few miles down the road to the West Belfort store to get better service.
