  The staff here is incredibly helpful. They guided me in finding the right parts, ensuring my purchase earns me reward points, and helped me locate the store with the parts. I particularly admire their work ethic and professionalism. Another location had an employee with an untucked shirt. The team took this seriously and informed them that wearing an Autozone shirt represents the company, and they should tuck it in.

  Henry Martinez was awesome! Very helpful, knowledgeable and polite .. everybody should be like Henry .. will be coming back to this store because of that.

  twice i ve come to this particular auto zone location and i ve been treated very badly ..same with my 16 year old daughter who came on a separate occasion …the sales associates were very rude , unfriendly and unwilling to help out ….in doing anything poor customer service…

  It was very disappointing what happened at this location. I bought a part online (order # 212123293073, part # 926-195) because I couldn’t take the old one out. When attempting to install the part, it didn’t fit on a 2016 Toyota Camry se even when the autozone web page says it fits to the car. I received the piece missing parts ( bolt and ring) but even though I would use the old parts to make it work. Since the piece didn’t fit my car at all, I tried to return it at this location but The guys working today 2/10 12:45 pm told me that I can’t return it because the piece was installed, how am I not going to install it if the web page says it fit? The only way to know if it fits or not is installing it, I think. They also told me it is the old piece, that is the most disrespectful thing I can hear. Never buying anything from autozone again. Starting from the website that says pieces fit and when installing they don’t and some personal being disrespectful and making things hard.
