We called about a car to see if it was available the website said red the car was blue. okay so my dad asked if it was available they didn’t know so they had to check, took them 10 min. said it was available and two people were looking at it, “get here asap!!!”…..then my dad said we have to go home and get his checkbook and we live about 45 min away when we were closing the door to go to the place they called twice and still said we have two people looking at it ANOTHER 2 PPL MIND YOU. my dad asked so would i be wasting my time driving there. TOM said “no we will hold it for you” then on the drive there 20 min later they called again and said with the manager on speaker phone hey we got 2 more ppl here we can’t promise it’ll still be here AFTERRRR promising to hold it which made my dad frustrated. then when we got there we look at the car and TOM immediately came out and said we got a guy looking at it right now i can’t promise when you come back from the test drive it won’t be sold. like dude chill with the high pressure sales tactics 😭😭😭 sooooo we take the car for a 7 min drive I REALLYYYY LIKED THE CAR drove really well. and when we got back TOM comes out again and says “we he just left you’re in luck!!” (of course they just left 🙄🙄) “the guy was an indian and he didn’t wanna pay the full price” and my dad said under his breath well neither do i 😳so before we went to sit down at TOMs desk we looked up the wholesale value on the car (12k) they were asking 16K!!!!! so my dad offered him him 15k + TTL. and TOM rudely said “well you wasted your time coming down bc the Indian guy offered 19k” and my dad said how’d you go from 16,9k to 19k and he mumbled something back so we just got up and left. LONG STORY SHORT liars, unprofessional, and a rip off 😔😔 BTW!!! not one customer we saw in there…. literal ghost town i’m 17 years old and devastated i was looking so forward to the car THANKS A LOT TOMMMMMM
This place is a hot mess.
I booked a service appointment online. The night before the appointment, I reviewed an email that my appointment had been canceled. No explanation was given.
Two weeks later, I schedule another appointment online and this time picked a different, upgraded service package than my original canceled appointment. When I sign in at my appointment, there is a flier on the counter listing the services included in the package I requested and the cost for the package.
I wait in the lobby for my car to be ready. About an hour later, I get a text message from my advisor. If I want to pay extra for a cabin air filter. I replied back within a minute that the air Included in the package I requested, including a picture of the flyer that’s on their counter At that exact moment. More than 15 minutes later, my advisor comes to the lobby. To do the air filter. I ask if he had my text message and he says he hasn’t seen.
I show him the text with the picture showing all of the things, including the filter, that are included in what I requested. He responds that that is not what I requested. I show him the email confirmation for today’s appointment , including the exact package name listed word for word matching their flier.
He was happy to perform the extra services, but was sorry to Informed me that it would cost more money because the flyer is out of date. I insist that it is their fault that their flyer is out of date and they need to honor that price. He says he will.
When they bring me the bill, it is less than the price he told me it would be but still does not match the price on the flyer by about $10 extra. I give up at this point and give them the extra cash, knowing that I will not be returning here for any reason going forward.
Buyer beware that this place will try to over charge you and cannot get their records in order.
Update: I just received an email saying that I missed my appointment today. There is something seriously wrong with this place.

I’m giving this dealership 3 stars because my experience was mixed. My salesperson was very nice and made the buying process smooth, which I appreciated. However, everything after that felt very unorganized.
I had already confirmed I was buying the car before arriving, so I expected it to be clean and ready. I was told it was being cleaned while I did paperwork, but when I got the keys, the inside was still dirty from the previous owner.
I was told to come back a week later for my inspection and cleaning, but it still wasn’t done. I came back again for an oil change, alignment, and other repairs I wasn’t told about during the buying process. After waiting three hours, the alignment couldn’t be done because the machine was down, and my car still wasn’t cleaned.
Even after involving management and returning again (for the alignment), the interior was never cleaned. After over two weeks of owning the car, I ended up paying $50 out of pocket to get it detailed myself.
Overall, the sales experience was good, but the service department and follow-through were disappointing. A clean, properly prepared car should be standard when purchasing a vehicle.
Very helpful staff, nice freshened up dealership but the parking situation is a bit puzzling. When you arrive for a service appointment before the dealership has opened, there's really nowhere to park except for out on the street or somewhere in a main thoroughfare of the parking lot. I appreciate the staff honoring my requests regarding my car, but it would be very much appreciated if, while customer cars are parked at the dealership waiting for service, they didn't get parked under trees. I had to buff out a couple of bird poop scars, as it ate into my clear coat, and dig leaves and twigs out from under my windshield wipers. Maybe trim the trees back or remove them from the area where you park customers cars? My service advisor and service staff were top notch.
The worst car‑buying experience I’ve ever had. These guys are shady — especially Arthur. We came in already knowing exactly what we wanted. They didn’t have the car on the lot, but it was supposedly “in transit.” Fine, we were willing to wait.
We agreed on a price and told them we already had financing secured through our bank. All they needed was the approval reference number and our names — they’re already in our bank’s network, so this should’ve been simple. Instead, they insisted they “couldn’t do that” and demanded to run a credit check themselves. We refused. Then they came back with a credit application and ask to filled it out with zeros for the SS number.
Shady. We refused.
Suddenly, they “couldn’t locate” the vehicle anymore. Then they tried to push us into a different trim. We refused and got up to leave. Before we walked out, they asked for a $500 deposit to “secure” the trim we originally wanted. Absolutely not.
The next morning at 9 AM, we went to another Mazda dealership and had everything wrapped up by 11 AM. Today, this dealership calls saying they can “secure the car now.” Too late.
These guys are shady and dishonest as hell. These guys are too old for these games.
I'm glad that I don't have to deal with these guys ever again
