  Had an excellent experience in here. Came in very stressed out with a flat tire and broken studs (side note: do not take your car to the Toyota of Richardson on the other side of the highway) and the tall fella with the mustache... I think his name is Will but I can't remember... was SO helpful and got me not one but TWO new, affordable tires for my car. Obviously nobody likes having to buy new tires but this experience was about as painless as it could be. I didn't get the vibe they were scamming me and they actually gave me some advice to help me save money. I will be back in in a few weeks to replace my other two tires. It can be nerve-racking going into these places as a woman knowing that you have a target on your back and dollar signs floating over your head, but these fellas seem honest. Ladies, Mustache Guy usually works on Fridays and he can be trusted to not give you the rigamarole. So if you need to get anything done to your tires/wheels, that's the day to take it in. Both of the guys in the shop, the one who had light eyes and long dark hair, and Tall Mustache Guy went above in beyond. Not only did they calm ME down (an extracurricular task for them and a job way above their pay grade) they provided excellent service and made sure my vehicle is safe. I think they should get a raise or a promotion or something.

  I drove in with a low tire pressure light shining on my dash. Mavis found the nail and fixed my tire without charging me anything in less than 15 minutes!! Thank you!!

  Will was super helpful with our truck. He made us aware that after 3-4 years, tires begin to wear down to the point of replacement. He was very helpful. The shop has changed their name, but the service is still top notch! Thanks Will!

  I've been going to this location for about 25 yrs. Always had a great customer experience in the past: honesty, trustworthy, reliable, quality of work...UNTIL the last couple of visits. 1st took my GMC Terrain in for a routine visit. Some guy named Gary (being groomed for a manager position elsewhere) insisted that I needed a new battery (NOTHING TO DO WITH WHY I BROUGHT THE CAR IN TO BEGIN WITH). The GMC didn't have that many miles on it to begin with...Gary kept showing me some diagnostics on a computer screen that I couldn't read or interpret to prove his point. Reluctantly I agree to having a new battery installed. PROBABLY COULD HAVE SAVED ABOUT $200 JUST GOING TO AUTOZONE...and having them do an HONEST diagnostic evaluation. The story gets better! A month or so later I brought my Subaru Outback in for new tires, replace the tire sensors and an oil change. AGAIN, Gary tried to pitch me on a new battery (assuring me mine was due to fail anytime). I told him I just has the battery replaced the previous year at Autozone and that I would take it to them & have it tested. If it was going bad, they would replace it senses it was still under warranty. Gary didn't seem to like that much, but too bad. I paid for the other work I had agreed to. Gary did NOT apply the Senior Citizen discounts he was suppose to - said the other discounts he gave me made up for it (total BS). I then took the Subaru to AUTOZONE to have them check the battery...it was perfectly fine. I then took the Subaru to my Subaru dealership who also agreed the battery was fine, but found the oil was leaking from an improper oil change done by NTB AND the new TIRE SENSORS that NTB installed were NOT correctly done. HENCE, AFTER OVER 25 YEARS I CAN NO LONGER TRUST THE HONESTY AND QUALITY OF WORK DONE AT THIS NTB/MAVIS TIRE CENTER.
